Solely to generate and deliver your personalised report, provide support, process your payment, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
To deliver the service, your data is processed by trusted providers, each under their own security and privacy terms:

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access keys are kept server-side and never exposed publicly. We share the minimum data necessary with each provider (for example, your name and contact details are never sent to the report-writing AI).
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. To exercise any of these, email support@apnatradeyog.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
By providing your details and completing a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described here. You may withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect reports already delivered).
Our service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Our website uses minimal, essential cookies for basic functionality. We do not use invasive tracking.

ApnaTradeYog provides personalised astrological reports based on the Bhrigu Samhita and Vedic astrology principles, for faith, self-reflection and entertainment. The reports are not investment, financial, legal or trading advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered adviser. We do not recommend specific stocks, trades, or guarantee any financial outcome. Any action you take is your own responsibility.
Astrology is a matter of faith. We make no guarantee about the accuracy of any prediction or that any outcome will occur. Reports are generated from the birth details you provide; incorrect details will produce an inaccurate reading.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely via Razorpay. Reports are personalised digital products delivered to your email.
Because each report is a personalised digital product prepared specifically for you, payments are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a genuine technical problem (e.g. non-delivery or a corrupted file), contact us within 7 days at support@apnatradeyog.co.in and we will re-deliver your report or, at our discretion, provide a refund.
You are responsible for providing correct birth details. Reports based on wrong details cannot be refunded on grounds of inaccuracy.
The report, its design, and all site content are the property of ApnaTradeYog and are for your personal use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApnaTradeYog is not liable for any loss, including any financial or trading loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the reports or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update this Policy and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
